具体流程：
1）接单。接受客户的书面委托书，审核内容并为客户选择适合的船公司。
2）订舱。按照客户要求的开航时间向相应船公司订舱，并取得提箱单。
3）装箱/产装。根据客户要求进行港口装箱或者派车拖箱去工厂装货，集港。
4）报关。根据货物实际情况以及客户提供的单据向海关申报。
5）签单。跟客户核对好提单内容后去船公司签署提单。
6）收费。按照订舱前确认的费用给客户开具发票，收取相应费用。
